Does Your Company Need a Culture of Excellence?

Here are a few signs that show if your company has a culture of excellence challenge:

1. Distractions: Your employees are distracted, and your managers are spending a lot of time addressing a variety of issues when they should be concentrating on goals.

2. Blaming and Conflicts: People are not working well together, they point out to each other by saying, it's not my problem, instead of working collectively towards the common goals.

3. Arrogance and Egos: There are a lot of egocentric employees in the company supposing they are very accomplished and assume themselves above everyone else in the team.

Employees are closed off and unwilling to hearing new ideas and suggestions that might give another perspective opposed to their own in order to enhance the processes or the business in general.

4. Lack of Accountability: Lack of responsibility: Your employees don't take responsibility for their actions in the company. Rather than concentrating on development, they seek for excuses and complain that they aren’t paid enough.

If any of the above scenarios sound familiar, your company likely is struggling with daily problem-solving versus focusing on successful development.

These are two hugely different focuses - the one delivers excellence and the other wastes your time and resources.
